It is with great regret that the Dover Township Volunteer Fire Department announces the passing of former Chief/President Russell Shive. Russ served as Chief from 1992 to 1995 and served 12 years as President of the Department. His dedication to this department helped make us who we are today, he will be greatly missed.

Chief Russell Shive’s Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, February 20 at 1100 hrs at Station 9. All departments attending are requested to RSVP to Station 9 no later than Friday night.
